The main goal of external monitoring is to verify the LARP implementation Completion Reports prepared by the Road Department Fund and suggest necessary corrective measures to deal with the noncompliance issues or bottlenecks, if any. If the External Monitoring identifies LARP noncompliance issues, the Road Department Fund will develop and implement a Corrective Action Plan/Corrective Measures.
