The Founders of Economic Policy and Poverty Periodical aims to facilitate the capacity building in Armenia through professional analysts and researchers. This will in its turn rise much more the quality of articles published in EPP. For that purpose, we are planning various events such as trainings, seminars, meetings and discussions.

On September 15, 2004 the EDRC organized training on “Analytical Writing” in the Yerevan State University.
The Training was held by Doctor Annette Brown, the Executive Editor of EPP and the Consultant of BearingPoint Inc.
The training aimed to teach Armenian analysts the principals of professional writing.
Civil servants, researchers, post-graduate students and other representatives from the civil society organizations participated in the training (total number of participants was 54).
